Activate your invitation

Ask your organization administrator for an invitation. Open it on your device, enter its activation code in Wai B2B, or scan its QR code. Keep the invitation private.

Manage employees

Organization administrators sign in to the Wai B2B portal. Add employees, share their invitations and choose their available servers. WAI manages organizations and infrastructure.

Connection or access problems

Contact your organization administrator to check your access and assigned servers. For technical support contact support@waiwai.llc. Include the app version, device platform and connection method. Do not send passwords, activation tokens or browsing contents.

Personal data and account deletion

Ask your administrator to disable your access. Request access, correction or deletion of personal data at privacy@waiwai.llc, identifying your organization. We verify your request and explain any records that need to be retained.
