These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wai B2B application and related corporate access services operated by WaiWai, LLC ("Wai B2B", "we", "our", "us"). By using Wai B2B, you agree to these terms.
Wai B2B provides encrypted network transport and routing software for authorized employees of participating organizations. Service availability may vary by network conditions, local restrictions, maintenance windows, and abuse-prevention controls.
The client application is free. Organizations pay for the service under a separate agreement; there are no purchases or consumer subscriptions inside the app.
You agree not to use Wai B2B to violate applicable law, interfere with other systems, distribute malware, perform denial-of-service attacks, or resell access without written permission.
Wai B2B may apply routing through direct or XHTTP transports. Diagnostic uploads begin after the in-app disclosure and agreement. Split tunneling and transport selection are controlled by the app configuration and your selected settings.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the operational diagnostics necessary to run the service and troubleshoot failures.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to maintain security, improve reliability, or comply with legal obligations. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current revision.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability in every region or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaiWai, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Wai B2B.
